Job Overview

 

The Junior PA / EA will provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and leadership team. This role is designed for a fresh graduate with strong attitude, learning agility, and professionalism, with the opportunity to be groomed into a full Executive Assistant role over time.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities                   

 

Executive & Administrative Support

  •  Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, appointments, and reminders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action items
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation

 

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
  • Support meeting arrangements (VDO calls, room bookings, logistics)
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for assigned projects

 

Confidentiality & Professional Support

  •  Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Act as a professional point of contact between executives and stakeholders
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests as required

 

Learning & Development (Grooming Track)

  •  Learn executive working styles, priorities, and decision-making processes
  • Gradually take on higher responsibility and autonomy as capability develops
  • Develop into a PA/EA role with stronger ownership and leadership exposure

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, English, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (no prior PA/EA experience required)
  • Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
